How the traveler portal works

• See exactly which step your trip is on and what we're waiting on.
• Confirm your mailing address and each traveler's legal name and date of birth as they appear on the ID they'll travel with (birth certificate or social security card for children).
• Upload passport copies for everyone in the home, stored in private encrypted storage.
• Name your decision maker / primary contact and an emergency or other authorized contact.
• Sign off that the details are correct — we don't book until you do — then track trip costs, payments and what's due when.

We never store or keep credit card information on file.

Team accounts are approved by the owner

New advisors sign in once with the email Lexi invited, then wait for approval before the workspace unlocks. Owners see every lead and all agency accounting; advisors see only their own clients and commissions.
