Retreat organizers

Already planning a retreat? Hand it over to us.

If your yoga, wellness or surf retreat is already on the calendar — venue booked, attendees signed up, deposits going out — you can transfer the planning to us instead of starting your next one from scratch. You keep your brand, your teaching and your attendees. We take on the vendor side, the money side and the day-two problems.

1. Tell us what you have

Your retreat name, destination, dates, group size and who currently holds the booking — venue, resort, block or confirmation number.

2. We ask the vendor

We contact the property or supplier and confirm what they will release, reissue or transfer to us, and what their deadlines are. Nothing moves without their approval as well as yours.

3. You get a plan, a price and the fee

We come back with the plan and price for your group, including any additional planning fee and exactly what it covers. You approve before anything is booked.

4. Your retreat gets advertised

Once approved, we list it on our retreats page and share it on our Facebook and Instagram — and send you a ready-made post with your own tracked link so you can cross-share it to your channels and see which channel filled the rooms.

The fee, plainly

Taking over a retreat is custom work — reading the existing contract, talking to the vendor, rebuilding the payment schedule and picking up mid-stream communications. The agency may charge an additional planning fee for it. If a fee applies you are told the amount and exactly what it covers before you commit, and nothing is booked or moved until you approve the plan and the price. Where a supplier releases your booking with commission intact, that commission is how we are normally paid.

Advertising and cross-sharing

Retreats we plan can be advertised on our retreats page and across our Facebook and Instagram, credited to you and your socials. You also get a ready-made post with your own tracked link: post it to your channels and we both see which channel filled the rooms. Listings go live only after we approve the retreat, and we take one down the moment you ask.

Takes about three minutes. Have your vendor name and confirmation or block reference handy if something is already booked.

Planning outside the United States? If you’re charging a fee rather than volunteering your services, many countries treat teaching or hosting sessions as work, which can require a work permit or business visa. Before dates are confirmed or deposits collected, please ask an attorney who handles international business or travel law what you need where you’re going. We are travel advisors, not attorneys, and we can’t advise on visa or work-permit eligibility.

We reply to retreat requests within one business day. We don’t accept unsolicited sales pitches, sponsored placements or spam — this form is for genuine retreat organizers who want a travel advisor handling the planning.
