Retreat organizers
Yoga and Pilates instructors, surf instructors, wellness experts, studio owners and other group leaders: bring your expertise, and let us coordinate the venue, accommodations and travel details. We’ll build a plan around your group, so you can focus on the experience you want to create.
You stay the face of your retreat. Behind the scenes, this is what we handle:
We search 600,000+ hotels, resorts and villas for a property that fits your group size, budget and vibe — and negotiate the group block so your attendees get consistent rates and rooms near each other.
Group airfare guidance, airport transfers, and ground logistics for the whole group, including the tricky arrivals that always show up on retreats.
Where the resort or venue allows it, deposits and installment payments let attendees commit early without paying everything at once, and we track who has paid what in one place. Terms depend on the property and your dates, so we confirm what each supplier supports before you collect money.
Optional trip protection for every attendee, so a canceled flight or a sprained ankle on day two doesn't become your problem to referee.
Your schedule, transfers, inclusions and free time laid out in a clean document your attendees actually read — branded and ready to send.
Flight changes, room questions, arrival hiccups — you stay in your flow, and the logistics questions come to us instead of to you.
Because retreat planning is custom work — sourcing available space, talking through logistics with each vendor and building a plan around your group — the agency may charge an additional planning fee for these services. If a fee applies, you hear what it is and what it covers before you commit to anything.
Whether you teach yoga, Pilates or surfing, guide wellness experiences, own a studio or lead another kind of group retreat, you’re welcome here. Share your destination, rough dates, group size and what the week should feel like. We’ll come back with venue options and numbers — no pressure and no cost to start the conversation.
Email us about your retreatPlease put “Retreat planning partnership” in the subject line so it lands in the right place.
If you have retreats on the calendar right now, we can step in for the next one — same way. You keep full ownership of your brand and your teaching. We’re the planning arm behind it, and your attendees book through us so every detail lives in one place.
If you’re charging a fee for your retreat rather than volunteering your services, many countries treat teaching, leading or hosting sessions as work — and that can require a work permit, business visa or other authorization for the length of your stay. Before you confirm dates or collect deposits, please contact an attorney who handles international business or travel law — the practice that covers working abroad for pay, not sightseeing — about the permits or visas that may be required where you’re going. We’re travel advisors, not attorneys of any kind, and we can’t advise on visa or work-permit eligibility. We handle the travel, venue and logistics side; that legal question belongs with your own counsel.
Previously planned retreats: contact us directly to discuss our feature fee and commission or fee-sharing arrangement. Paid features and cross-promotion do not guarantee customers, inquiries or bookings. We ask you to share a link to your retreat’s page on our site through your website and social media, and we can share your approved information and links in return. Listings are published only after we confirm booking takeover, agree terms and approve the retreat.
